You will receive the merchandise packed in an elegant gift box. To secure both Grand Ice and our customers we need the valid billing address of the credit card before we can process the order. All orders must be shipped to a street address. 

No P.O. Box shipments. Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason, please call or email for alternative solutions.

We are located in California requiring 7.75% sales tax be automatically applied to all CA orders. All orders will be shipped INSURED UPS GROUND unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or loss) must be reported within three working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via common carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International payment must be denoted in U.S. funds. International shipping to countries where the U.S. Government permits shipping goods, but we reserve the right to refuse international orders based on amount or location and/or may require advance payment by Money Order or Bank Check.  International customers will be quoted shipping rates by emailing Grand Ice prior to online purchase and are responsible for any import duty and/or taxes to their destination.  Value will be declared at the sale price and contents declared accurately.

RETURN & REPAIR POLICY:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment and/or call tag UPS charges for any returned merchandise.

Grand Ice does not offer any refunds. Instead, we offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of any items on our website. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders which include lengthened or shortened pieces and requested design changes.

In the unlikely event that a piece needs repair, there will be a $10 per piece repair charge, plus shipping for all merchandise purchased within 60 days. For merchandise over 60 days old, there will be a $20 per piece repair charge, plus shipping. As our merchandise changes often, some gemstones and/or gold or silver materials may not be available for repair and/or replacement, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
